I think a lot of this is about vehicles for self-reflection and mindfulness, for pausing the social norms that disrupt mindfulness and focusing for a little bit on what you are feeling and thinking and how you are reacting. It's also the reading studies -

I think we need more social activities that are about being mindful together.
