If I have lots of conversations about this because it's clear there are pluses and minuses but the lack of job security or collective action ability gets to me. As someone pointed out to me, though, it's different if you think about Uber more as a service used by drivers - instead of an employer. Basically, I think Uber is an over-correction of a problem with the status quo
